Browser Help

We've redesigned wastatelaser.org to give you faster loading pages, easier-to-use navigation, and more accessible pages to make your visit as informative, interesting and convenient as possible. To use our new features, you must be using a modern Internet browser.

How can I get new browser software?
Upgrading your old browser is easy, fast, and free.(Please note this is third party software and is not created by LASER.)
Here's 3 simple steps:

  1. Click one of the icons on the right to download the browser of your choice and operating system to your desktop.
  2. Double-click the browser installer icon to install it.
  3. To begin using your new browser, just click the icon for your newly downloaded browser.

LASER is committed to serving the entire public, and that means striving to ensure that all pages of our site are accessible to the greatest possible number of people and devices (including screen readers, Braille readers, and other specialized browsing environments). Because they follow strict rules and avoid non–standard markup, well–authored XHTML (extensible hyper text markup language) pages are more accessible than older HTML (hyper text markup language) pages, helping LASER and the Seattle Science Center comply with U.S. laws and accessibility guidelines.

Thanks for visiting, and we hope you enjoy the new wastatelaser.org web site!
