How do I apply?

The next Strategic Planning Institute will be held in Richland, Washington June 23-28, 2008. To apply, simply print the application, complete, and follow the directions to submit it to Washington State LASER by March 24, 2008.

Application Review Process
A screening committee will review applications to identify those school districts that have the greatest potential for benefiting from the Institute. The following criteria will be considered to select leadership teams:

• Background and leadership experience of the team members.
• Evidence of the district's commitment to science education reform.
• Evidence of capacity to effect reform.
• Student populations under-represented in science and technology.
