Who makes up a Leadership Team?
Leadership Teams include:
*A coach: a teacher leader or key supporter selected from among the team members to facilitate and guide the team as it works together; the key administrator does not serve in the role of coach.
*A key administrator: a science supervisor, district curriculum coordinator, building principal, assistant principal, or science department chairperson with budget authority; the key administrator provides the team with administrative support and access to district resources.
*Two or three high school science teachers: the teachers might be existing leaders who influence those who will be implementing a new curriculum, or they might be teachers who have leadership potential; at least one teacher must agree to implement the new curriculum.
