Who is the presenter, Dr. Michael Klentschy?

Michael Klentschy is currently the Principal Investigator for the National Science Foundation (NSF) funded Valley Imperial Project in Science Local Systemic Change and Co-Director of the California Science Subject Matter Project Regional Center in Imperial Valley. Dr. Klentschy is also part of a university research team studying the longitudinal effects of inquiry-based science programs on student achievement in his current position at San Diego University. Michael is the former Superintendent of Schools for the El Centro School District in El Centro, California. He received his doctorate degree in assessment and evaluation from the University of California, Los Angeles.
