Selection Process
Award recipients will be selected by a subcommittee of nine members from the LASER Steering Committee. The subcommittee will be comprised of the LASER co-directors, as well as representatives from the business community, the K-12 education community, the higher education community, and Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. Selection committee members and members of the LASER Steering Committee (or the organizations they represent) may not be nominees for the current year's Science Education Advocate awards.
